The Taekwondo Poomsae Textbook consists of 6

Each Taekwondo Trainee can select the appropriate set of DVDs to match
their skill level.
Disc 1 to disc 3 is a Taeguek set. The Taeguek set has Poomsae contents
from Takwondo basic motions, to Taeguek 8 jang.
Disc 4 and Disc 5 are the black belt set. This set has contents from
Koryo to Ilyeo.
Disc 6 has a Palgwae Poomsae contents.
